About the Role


As an Post Placement Support Consultant, you will make a difference in the lives of our customers that have recently secured employment by delivering ongoing support with their employers.


This role is being offered on a Full Time ongoing basis at our Adelaide CBD office.
You may be required to work a set roster between the hours of 8am - 7:30pm Monday to Friday. Need unique hours? We might be able to accommodate so please ask


About You
To be successful in these roles you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage on the telephone with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional matters;
  • Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy, including the ability to type 30 words per minute;
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills;
  • Prove your ability to multitask, you will be required to work across various IT systems whilst maintaining telephone contact;
  • Demonstrate experience in understanding complex administrative procedures and ensure clear communication of these requirements is undertaken for a diverse range of customers;
  • Demonstrate experience working to targets and KPIs;
  • Demonstrate experience in administration or customer service, with jobactive or Workforce experience desirable;
  • Demonstrate your ability to learn new systems quickly; and
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

You will also be required to:

  • Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services, Career Development or equivalent; or be willing to complete.
  • Have experience in an inbound or outbound contact centre environment or Employment Services.

Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience.
