What Will You Do
Leading, and supported by, a dedicated team of software development and digital product solutions people, you will:

lead and develop your team: coach and motivate your team to support their engagement, well-being, performance and professional growth

develop cross-functional relationships:build collaborative relationships within internal teams such as Sales, R&D, Marketing and IT
-
champion a CX and UX mindset:lead CX and UX design thinking, educating others on these principles and supporting them to introduce this in their own work
-
look at our tomorrow: provide thought leadership to the business on the future of digital and technological capabilities including AI and AR
-
ensure governance and compliance:embed and maintain ways of working that align to Agile methodologies and meet business and ISO standards
-
grow your customer knowledge: engage with internal and external customers to build your understanding of their operating environment and requirements

Where you'll really add value is your ability to drive digital conversations, strategies and influence digital transformation.

As an experienced Leader of direct teams and cross-functional projects and exposure to working with legacy systems, you will bring:

sound understanding of CX and UX practices

- extensive knowledge of Agile software development methodology
- a proven ability to make sound decisions based on the business's commercial interests
- an inquisitive nature to explore our business and work across organisational boundaries
- a desire to bring new and different ideas - viewing our today and being curious about what we need for the future
