SKILLED SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIRED

With over decades of construction experience, my client is a successful and well-regarded Custome Home Builder, compiling a large footprint within the residential homes market.

Our client has a strong focus on customer service and an ever-growing positive culture, who can offer ongoing career progression.

Minimum 3 years experience working for a Volume Homebuilder in QLD:

Experience running a minimum 5 + project homes (single and double-story
standard and custom design)
Trade qualification or strong handson experience (3 + years)
A genuine passion for excellent customer service and guidance throughout the complete build process
Knowledge of QLD building codes and practices
Attention to delivering quality homes, on time and with minimum defects
Thorough understanding of onsite OH&S requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
Loyal working history

Job Role:

Liaise with the Construction Manager on designrelated issues preconstruction that may prove problematic to the regular scheduling of site activities
Scheduling and coordinating works and communicating timelines with subcontractors
Supervision of onsite construction call forwards on scheduling trades and supplies to the site, from initial site cut to handover
Oversight of all works associated with Defects Liability Period satisfaction for all clients
Dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal/external customers
Involved with all aspects of the supervision of the projects, delivering all new homes to the highest standards, and ensuring the continuous management of safe working practices.
