    Legal Secretary- Corporate

    Sydney CBD | Top Tier Law Firm | Full-time Permanent Role

    Incredible opportunity to join a top tier, international law firm as a Legal Secretary within their Sydney Corporate team. This is a full-time opportunity, offering an excellent working environment and company benefits.

    The Role:

    Join a leading corporate team and provide high level administrative and secretarial support to various fantastic Partners and Senior Lawyers within the team. Your duties will include:

    • Schedule internal and external meetings, manage diaries and coordinate travel arrangements
    • Assist with complex billing and reporting duties
    • Draft legal documents and correspondence to clients
    • Open and close files, conduct conflict and compliance checks, track changes to fee estimates, prepare letters and other file management duties
    • Assist in running firm events
    • Other secretarial duties as required

    About You:

    To be considered for this position, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a legal secretarial or similar role. You will also have the below skills and attributes:

    • Good working knowledge of MS Suite and Aderant Expert
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
    • Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to handle competing and changing priorities
    • High attention to detail and sound problem solving skills
    • Proactive approach, reliable and adaptable

    Must be available full-time hours. Due to career progression, students will not be considered for this role.
