About the Role


Due to the promotion of the incumbent, this full time, permanent position based at our Panorama site has become available.

The role reports to the Human Resources Manager, Services & Advisory and works closely with the HR Business Partners and a Recruitment Officer to provide a high-level of support and meaningful, up-to-date hiring advice to managers within Bedford Services & Advisory.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate the endtoend recruitment process using best practices
  • Provide data and reporting on current recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create innovative sourcing strategies tailored to their needs
  • Support and educate hiring managers to understand and use best practice recruitment processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement strategies and recruitment policies
  • Keep up to date with changes and trends in the talent market and legislative changes

About You

Essential skills and qualities include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or working towards such qualification and/or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting both high volume and unique roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management, and project management skills
  • Understanding of employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Familiarity with cloudbased recruitment software


For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford Phoenix Incorporated.


  • A National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
  • NDIS worker screening clearance
  • NDIS worker orientation module
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
