    About you

    Our Talent Resource Managers are the marketing and sales function of the business – they cultivate deep relationships with healthcare professionals and navigate them into the business seamlessly, finding the right long-term fit. Some of our healthcare professionals have been with us for over 20 years as a result.

    • You're a great fit, culturally, with this team
    • You're a quick learner, coachable and highly motivated to succeed

    Ideally, you'd have:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant marketing/sales/recruitment role
    • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
    • Demonstrated ability to build influential relationships with senior stakeholders

    About the role - based in VIC

    You'll be expected to:

    • Travel to centres in Melbourne metro and regional area (furthest is Ballarat)
    • Know your medical centres inside-out so you can be a true "business advocate"
    • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for these Centres – from lead generation to contract negotiation, to handover for on-boarding and follow-up
    • Suggest big improvement ideas to grow the business (the bolder the better)
    • Work independently and flexibly (we trust you to achieve the outcomes we agree)
