    The Opportunity:

    We are looking for an experienced PHP Front-end Developer to join our growing Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team. You will be regarded as a specialist with skills in WordPress and other ecommerce platforms. You will work in a team and independently with a hybrid of both Agile and Waterfall, depending on the opportunity. You will be able to thrive in an environment where you are work with highly skilled, super knowledgeable CRO experts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement CRO recommendations that will dramatically improve the user experience.
    • Create new pages and implement new lead and sales strategies that will transform a client's business.
    • Working with stakeholders to understand and prioritise requirements.
    • Ongoing website updates and management.
    • Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
    • Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.

    Skills:

    • Experienced in PHP, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript / jQuery. Min 4 years.
    • Typescript, Angular, Laravel or C# will be a huge bonus
    • Experienced in working with CMS (WordPress).
    • Google APIs (such as Maps API, Google Tag Manager).
    • Source control with Git / GitHub.
    • Rendering quirks for HTML, CSS in emails and email footers.
    • Proficient in understanding cross-browser compatibility.
