About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled service techs, to assist with warranty repairs and repair works on all products

Key Responsibilities:

Workplace Health and Safety and Environment (WHS&E): Support operational management, so far as reasonably practicable, to provide and maintain a working environment that is safe and without risks to people's health and wellbeing - physically, socially and psychologically. Including working safety on all sites at all times.

Warranty Repairs: Conduct product, warranty repairs for customers, as identified by sales, and supervision

Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to production management, on sources of frequent repeated errors to to assist with identify areas of improvement.

Work Schedule: Follow a planned and pre-organised work schedule, ensuring the maximum use of time.

Customer Service: Ensure professional presentation at all times when dealing with customers ensuring the business in represented in line with our company values.

Operational Contribution: Contribute to the broader operational goals, plans and projects of the business unit

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
-
Technical Knowledge: strong knowledge of aluminium products.
-
Process Orientated: Demonstrated ability to work within company policies and operating procedures.
-

Physical Capabilities:
Manual Handling: Strength and physical capability.

Ability to carry out manual handling aspects of role safely - floor to waist, floor shoulder, reaching, pushing and pulling limitations.

Active rage of movement - neck, trunk, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow and wrist.

Safety Driven

Demonstrates a safe approach to work, self and others. Recognises importance of following Safe Work Instructions and wearing required PPE.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a service tech is essential
Hand and Power tool knowledge is a must
Flexible in working environment, Site, Factory or dispatch
Current Drivers License is required
Current White Card
Available immediately
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Must be Physically fit

We are offering above award pay and consistent hours

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm some overtime available
