Are you passionate about designing engaging and interactive learning experiences? Do you have a creative mindset and a strong desire to make a positive impact to support growth and development? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you


As a Junior Learning Designer, you will play a key role in creating and enhancing MedHealth learning programs and content.

You will collaborate with our learning and development and design team to develop engaging and effective learning materials, including interactive e-learning modules, instructional videos, and other multimedia resources.

Your

creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives.


The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Collaborate with our learning designer and other key stakeholders to design and develop engaging learning content.
  • Assist in creating instructional materials, including elearning modules, videos, presentations, and interactive activities.
  • Conduct research on educational best practices and industry trends to inform content development.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning materials and making improvements as needed.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design

You will have:

  • A passion for learning design and a genuine interest in educational technology.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles, methodologies, and adult learning theories.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking direction and feedback constructively.
  • Capacity to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities, to achieve high quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with elearning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline & RISE) and use the of learning management systems.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or audio production is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. (desirable)
