A well-established name in the jewellery industry celebrated for its exquisite designs and exceptional craftsmanship, is currently seeking a poised and ambitious Assistant Manager for its thriving jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Supervise and inspire a team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance the boutique's reputation and revenue.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Meticulously manage inventory, including the procurement and presentation of diverse jewelry pieces.
Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members.
Provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement.

About You:

The ideal candidate has:

Previous experience in a managerial or assistant management role within the retail sector.
Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Solution-oriented mindset, capable of making informed decisions in a retail environment.
Passion for and interest of jewelry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
