We specialise in courses that address current skills shortages for several industries: Information & Communication Technology, Hospitality, Commercial Cookery & Hospitality, Community Services, Aged Care, Early Childhood Education, Digital Marketing, Business, Leadership & Management.

Stanley College has 4 campuses, 3 based in Perth and 1 in Adelaide. We employ over 250 staff and have almost 3000 students from over 60 countries.


The Opportunity


Due to our ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Compliance Officer to join our friendly team at our West Perth campus.


The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
To provide support and assistance to the Quality & Standards Manager in the day-to-day operations of the operation, including but not limited to:

  • To stay informed and assist in ensuring Stanley College's compliance in accordance with the applicable regulatory frameworks across VET, Professional Year Programs, VET Student Loans and WA state funded courses
  • Day to day administrative tasks and implementation/maintenance of practices, policies and strategy
  • Assist in providing support to Faculty Managers, Trainers and other related staff on compliance changes, policies, procedures, forms, and requirements
  • Compliance of Training and Assessment including Trainers and Assessors, Validation, assessment reviews, document management and Training and Assessment Strategies
  • Conducting internal compliance audits and participating in external regulator audits
  • Awards Issuance and qualification verification
  • Compliance of Marketing Materials
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Registered Training Organisation standards and regulations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous VET Training experience
  • Welldeveloped organisational skills
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)
