We specialise in courses that address current skills shortages for several industries: Information & Communication Technology, Hospitality, Commercial Cookery & Hospitality, Community Services, Aged Care, Early Childhood Education, Digital Marketing, Business, Leadership & Management.
The Opportunity
Due to our ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Compliance Administrator to join our friendly team at our West Perth campus.
The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
To provide administrative support and assistance in the day-to-day compliance requirements including but not limited to:
- Processing Trainer and Assessor Matrix (TAM) and Trainer Mapping Matrix (TMM)
- Administering the Professional Development system using CANVAS
- Compliance checking of all Awards
- All other day to day administrative tasks
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of all regulatory reporting requirements
- Administration of VET Student Loans processing requirements
- Assist with the compliance checking of marketing materials
- Administration of the Complaints and Appeals process
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous administration experience
- Welldeveloped organisational skills
- Desirable
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Registered Training Organisations
