    As they expand their reach, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join their team and drive efficiency and accuracy..

    The Logistics Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of inbound inventory stock, aligning processes with business objectives, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage inbound and some outbound inventory stock to meet quality and service objectives within agreed timeframes.
    • Implement and oversee new processes to align with business direction and drive operational efficiency.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for Senior Management, including tracking of external parties.
    • Report on stock availability and identify potential high-risk areas and times.
    • Develop, lead, and motivate a capable logistics admin team to maintain the highest quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Executive Team to promote awareness and delivery of business objectives.
    • Develop and manage external relationships with suppliers to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Skills you will bring:

    5+ years' experience in a Logistics Manager role including but not limited to dealing with overseas suppliers, major wholesale customers and foreign currencies

    Expertise in Supply Chain management procedures and best practices

    Advanced Excel Skills including pivot tables and vlookups

    Detailed understanding of reporting and analytical processes

    Well-developed relationship management, customer relation skills and negotiation skills

    Proven ability in designing and/or improving processes & procedures

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    MS Office skills - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
