About the Opportunity


ConocoPhillips Australia are expanding their HR function and are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Brisbane.

Reporting into the HR Director, this newly created role will be busy and varied, providing support to the wider HR Team to ensure processes across the full employee lifecycles are utilised.

You will be the first point of contact for general employee HR queries and further be responsible for:
Collaborating closely with HR Shared Services, Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Global Mobility on various HR activities;
Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records in the HRIS and generate detailed reports to inform decisions;
Contributing to HR special projects, including testing new HR technologies;
Managing purchase requisitions, processing invoices and expense reports for the team; and

Providing general administrative support, including meeting management, catering and travel arrangements as needed.

About you

Collaborative in your approach, you will enjoy working in a flexible, solutions driven organisation that truly values its people.

You will be naturally inquisitive with a self-starter attitude and be excited to drive continuous improvement within the HR function and the broader organisation ensuring the delivery of business outcomes through practical and creative support.


To succeed in this role, you will:
Have experience working at a HR Administrator or Coordinator level in a complex organisation;
Hold a Diploma or Certification in HRM or a similar discipline;
Bring demonstrated experience utilising HR systems (ideally Workday);
Be passionate about engaging with the business to deliver strong results; and

Have an ability to deliver practical solutions within required timeframes.
