About the Role


To provide proactive and high quality administrative, project management and matter management support to a Partner and a team within their Disputes team.

Preparing legal documents;
Managing and organising case files, including filing and retrieving documents;
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars;
Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other professionals;
Assisting with billing and invoicing, including tracking expenses and timekeeping;
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence; and

Coordinating travel arrangements for lawyers and other legal professionals.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
A strong work ethic and proactive approach;
Strong organisational skills; and

A positive, can-do attitude.
