We are currently scouting for a Deli Manager who thrives in hands on environments to join a Local Grocery team committed to nurturing development and growth among its people

As the Deli Manager, your role involves skillfully Managing your Deli Department under the guidance of the Store Manager.

Integral to the team, you play a crucial part in presenting the highest quality goods, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, overseeing financial aspects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards of your team.


Skills & Experience

  • Management background in a fresh food setting, preferably within the Supermarket or Hospitality sector
  • Possess a strong comprehension of highquality Deli fresh foods
  • Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
  • Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
