Administration Assistant, you have the incredible responsibility of providing top-notch administrative support to key stakeholders such as management, business partners, contractors, and visitors.


You have the power to take full control of the entire recruitment process, from start to finish, for those chosen business areas.

You work hand in hand with hiring managers to create a collaborative and best-practice approach. Not only that, but you also can develop a strong and engaged talent pool.

You come with extraordinary creative and proactive sourcing approach. With your magical skills, you effortlessly draft and place advertisements in various media platforms. You hold mastery of managing mobilization and onboarding.


Your attention to details and proactive approach will support in office maintenance to ordering supplies, filing, arranging couriers, minute taking, and even formatting documents - you'll be the superstar that keeps everything running smoothly.

Get ready to amaze everyone with your IT administration skills too. You'll be responsible for providing support in coordinating contract variations. and updating/maintaining system databases.


You are accountable effortlessly delivering accurate and timely reports, managing employee paperwork with finesse, ensuring that training records are kept in pristine condition.

This role in based in Bassendean.

This is an entry level position & necessary training will be provided to the selected applicants.

Key Criteria:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Office/HR Administration preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, written & verbal
  • High proficiency in the suit of Microsoft Office package desirable
  • Excellent customer service skill preferred
