We are looking for an experienced and passionate data analyst who can support the marketing team for an established government department.

Purpose of the role:

As a part of the role, you will support the brand experience team with insights, dashboards, and reporting development.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Experience designing reports and developing dashboards using SQL to extract and transform data across customer and marketing data, and Microsoft Power BI.
Analyse customer behavior and customer data to support marketing planning and campaign development.
Audit data and insights for accuracy and consistency.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Comfortable in a complex data environment and understanding of data structures.
Ability to find insights and recommendations, using data from multiple sources.
Investigate data trends to understand underlying factors and causes.
Curious and driven to find solutions.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of Python, R, or Google Analytics is desirable.
