PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives and facilitating organisational change to support strategic intent and operational requirements.
You will also be responsible for working with the People and Governance team to establish sustainable best practice HR operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage the implementation of people initiatives as identified in the People Strategy, specifically those supporting middle management capability and cultural change.
- Work collaboratively with the Operational Leadership Team to develop position descriptions that enable the broad banding of roles across registry operations.
- Support effective implementation of changes to ways of working arising because of registry operations redesign.
- Contribute to development and coordination of communications and training that will support the people initiatives.
- Manage, track, and produce reports on the progress of people's initiatives.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in delivering HR programs/projects, specifically organisational redesign.
- Proven strong conceptual, analytical, organisational, and problemsolving skills in the context of delivering HR projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to contribute to, coordinate and implement a communication strategy across an organisation.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in human resource management.
