Duty Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daytoday operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the venue.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Manage and lead a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, with essential certifications including RSA, RSG, and RMLV.
  • Utilise your experience to make datadriven decisions and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Essential certifications: RSA, RSG, and RMLV.
  • Dynamic and forwardthinking approach to management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
$80, $90,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus

Duty Manager: 1 year (required)

  • RMLV Certificate (preferred)
