In operation for over 50 years, with multiple offices around the country, our client are a leading manufacturer in the niche beverage space who are an Australian owned and operated company, and a family run business.


Description


Reporting directly into the Sales Manager and working within a small and friendly team, as a key member of the Internal Sales/Customer Service team, this role is responsible for managing the end to end customer experience and supporting the Sales Manager with administrative tasks as required.


Key Responsibilities:

Overall, the key areas of responsibility include but are not limited too:

  • Processing all customer orders
  • Managing daily freight
  • Receipt deliveries into stock
  • Data entry
  • Scheduling
  • Sales Support and Sales Administration to support the Sales Manager
  • Processing of all online orders
  • Counter sales as required

Profile

Key experience and qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience in an end to end Internal Sales/Sales Support role
  • Working in a product related position
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Int/Adv MS Office experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
