Client Details
We are seeking Japanese-speaking Administration Assistant for our client based in Sydney CBD.
Your will be required to work 2 days a week (about 10 hours a week) and must work on Fridays.
Description
The key responsibilities and duties:
- Provide various administrative support (purchasing of office supplies, invoicing, office management)
- Documentation and filling
- Liaise with various suppliers and external stakeholders
- Update and manage website and SNS.
- Other adhoc duties
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Previous experience in administration
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communications skills both in English and Japanese
- A highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
