Infrastructure Application Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Support/Coordinate IT issues
- Incident Management.
- Support Problem Management process.
- IT Operational Reporting and regular updates to the Management team.
- Liaise with Local/Remote IT Support Services Teams to drive issues to resolution.
- Liaise with the Applications Release Teams regarding Production deployment issues.
- Support Security and Compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in IT
Skills/ Experience:
- Application Support experience in a medium/large company (preferred)
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience working in an Application Support or systems administration role
- Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills
- Strong customerfacing and interpersonal skills complimented by effective written and verbal communication skills
- Use initiative and be selfmanaging within a team environment
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a variety of time zones
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure
- Have a good understanding of IT infrastructure and IT security topics
