End User Support Technician - required ASAP

On-site working in North Sydney

A global insurance business are looking an End User Support technician to join their team in North Sydney.

The End User Support technician will be working alongside a team of 8 people, supporting 600+ end users in Australia.

Responsibilities include:

Providing onsite support to end users across hardware, software and other devices
Respond to support issues raised through internal ticketing systems
Equipment set up such as PC's, laptops, mobiles and conference room equipment
Communicate to various internal stakeholders
Opportunity to contribute towards training sessions and inductions
Adhere to processes and documentation requirements

Qualifications:

Strong customer service experience is essential
23+ years experience within Desktop support
Technical expertise is required, particularly in PC building and local desktop support
Able to use OneDrive and 36
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and some software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
