About the role


We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to our clients and ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues and inquiries.


About you

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ITrelated issues and requests, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and system errors.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing problemsolving skills and technical knowledge to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams or higherlevel technicians, ensuring prompt resolution and mínimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienc
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a service desk or help desk environmen
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical users effectivel
