We're super excited to be growing our Safety team This new Safety Advisor role will help our Safety Manager to foster a safety culture across our sites, and continue to evolve our safety system to ensure it is simple to follow for site managers.

This role's key accountabilities include; develop and conduct training packages and toolbox talks; provide feedback and coaching to site supervisors and managers; conduct safety inductions for seasonal workforce, perform audits and inspections, and support the Safety Manager to develop and review primary procedures and other documentation.

In this role you will be out on the road visiting our sites, supporting the team. The role includes a fully maintained vehicle.

What we seek

To be successful, you will need minimum five years in a safety role preferably with onsite experience in a process manufacturing, logistics or farming environment.
