Position Summary:


  • A solution architect for our marketing architecture & automation practice is a strategic position to our customers.
  • This role is heavily involved in architecture, solution design, and handson build work across multiple marketing communication platforms, primarily Salesforce marketing cloud.
  • Solution architects are experienced consultants and are depended on by our customers for technical vision and proactive and strategic advice.

Mandatory Skills:


  • 4+ years' of experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce marketing lcoud.
  • Experience with complex data structures, data modeling, and databases (typical marketing data and data structures).
  • Experience going deep into client's current processes to fully understand the nature of their business, while identifying how and why their business goals are critical.
  • Demonstrated track record in learning new technologies quickly.
  • Experience in leading discoveries, gathering technical requirements, and executing a solution based on system's best practices, platform limitations, and client ability to maintain.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interactive when online.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work as part of an overall delivery team to produce a stellar customer experience.
  • Design, develop, test, document and deploy high quality business solutions in Salesforce marketing cloud.
  • Play a technical role in evaluating new business feature requests, considering the customer's current and futurestate marketing technology landscape.
  • Have the ability to develop plans for new feature implementation in Salesforce marketing cloud.
  • Ability to review the customer's existing instance of their customer experience platform and/or tools and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in eliciting and defining requirements, groom and refine product backlog.
  • Assist in defining product roadmap for Salesforce marketing cloud.

Salary Range:
>$100,000
