Position Summary:


  • Reporting to the ServiceNow change lead, you'll join the internal ServiceNow team and bring your expertise across ServiceNow development, ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
  • You'll also advise on best use of the platform and take part in new module implementation projects (Asset Management, Virtual Agent, etc.).

Mandatory Skills:


  • Build and configure custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including process, estimation, design, and development.
  • Work on improvements and implementation of product releases by working with the BAU team and SMEs to design data, system, and functional changes.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a client development frameworks, processes, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Work on new modules implementation projects, such as ITOM deployment and HRSD deployment.
  • Liaise with the third party providers and vendors.
  • Assist with the third level operational support when required.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Minimum 5+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Flow designer, Portal, ITOM, CSDM, and HRSD capabilities.
  • Strong ability in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
  • Previous exposure to Azure Cloud highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience working on software integration.
  • Experience in performance tuning and code profiling relevant industry certifications such as ServiceNow developer certification (CAD) is highly desirable.
