The Opportunity*Due to growth of our business we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with previous FMCG and/or Pharma experience in a similar role, to join our Head Office Supply Chain team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

This role reports to the Customer Operations Manager and is first point of call for business customer, consumer and internal sales team queries.

As the key point of contact for our business customers, key responsibilities include managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, complaint/claims handling, relationship building internally and externally and sales administration.

You will also manage direct calls from consumers and effectively handle complaints, issues and escalations.

About You:

To be successful in the role you will possess 3-5 years experience providing a high level of "Business to Business" and "Business to Consumer" experience gained within the Pharma and/or FMCG within a similar role.

You will also possess:

Proficiency and experience with SAP and Salesforce (or other CRM system)
A high level of accuracy with order processing and delivery management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to show empathy and patience in dealing with customer complaints and queries
