Join our Customer Service team at Robina Town Centre

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operatives to be based at Robina Town Centre on a Casual basis.

The Position
Trident's integrated services team at Robina Town Centre delivers the customer service, security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance programmes.

As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for:


  • Greeting customers in office or roaming the centre at various information boards
  • Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Issuing Robina Town Centre gift vouchers
  • Issuing mobility aids for use in the centre
  • Liaising with centre management and tenants
  • Assisting centre management in marketing and other centre initiatives

Skills and Experience

You will have:

  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Effective listening skills
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
