Customer Service Officer:
Proserpine Airport (Whitsundays)


Trident Services Australia is offering an exciting employment opportunity in the fabulous Whitsundays region for a permanent customer Customer Service Officer.

The position focuses on creating positive customer experiences when transiting through Proserpine Airport, the tourism gateway to the picturesque Whitsundays.


The successful applicant will be well presented with a strong customer service focus and a passion for engaging and assisting people.


This is a great opportunity to be part of the Whitsunday community and experience all that this wonderful region has to offer.


The role:


  • Providing excellence in customer service
  • Efficiently managing and greeting customers through a security screening check point
  • Assisting customers with divestment or items in preparation for passenger screening
  • Utilize excellent verbal communication skills
  • Provide positive experiences for persons arriving and departing the terminal environment

Minimum Criteria:


  • Customer service experience preferable in a tourism focused environment.
  • Selfmotivated
  • High level of selfconfidence and ability to converse with people.
  • Wellpresented and high level of grooming standards
  • Available to work Monday-Sunday
