The opportunity:

HPS is seeking a Inventory Specialist to support the ordering and restocking of medications and consumables for hospital clients.

What you will do:

Managing and booking appointments with Nurse unit managers.
Put away orders and support client's inventory needs.
Carry out any stock requests.
Monitor the stocks of Patient Information Cards and replenish as required.
Supporting the daytoday inventory and purchasing practices of the HPS Pharmacies network and fostering effective customer relationships with pharmacies and suppliers.

What we are looking for:

Be able to work harmoniously and actively contribute to a team.
The ability to independently problem solve.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail.
The ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines.
Previous purchasing experience in a similar industry (desirable).
Current driver's license and car.
