The opportunity:

HPS is seeking a Inventory Specialist to support the ordering and restocking of medications and consumables for hospital clients.


What you will do:


  • Managing and booking appointments with Nurse unit managers.
  • Put away orders and support client's inventory needs.
  • Carry out any stock requests.
  • Monitor the stocks of Patient Information Cards and replenish as required.
  • Supporting the daytoday inventory and purchasing practices of the HPS Pharmacies network and fostering effective customer relationships with pharmacies and suppliers.

What we are looking for:


  • Be able to work harmoniously and actively contribute to a team.
  • The ability to independently problem solve.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Previous purchasing experience in a similar industry (desirable).
  • Current driver's license and car.
