The opportunity:


An exciting opportunity currently exists for a motivated customer service driven individual to join our Customer Care Team at Marsden Park - NSW.

This is a fulltime position, Monday to Friday.


What you will do:


  • Have great communication skills being able to relay clear concise information as you will be speaking directly with customers on the phone
  • Have excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Be proficient in software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Be able to learn a large number of products for the veterinary industry
  • Have a strong work ethic and work well as part of a team
  • Be willing and have the ability to undertake general warehousing duties when required such as picking and packing of goods, inventory tasks, other administrative duties and general housekeeping duties
  • Willingness and ability to support branch projects from time to time.
  • Enthusiastic, punctual, be able to communicate well & work as part of a team

What we are looking for:


The
successful applicant
MUST have extensive knowledge in Customer Service, previous experience in the veterinary industry would be an advantage.

You will be required to work as part of a team and be enthusiastic, demonstrate great communication skills and have an excellent phone manner.

Previous Customer service experience is essential and only Customer service focused applicants need apply.


As a member of the customer care team you will be responsible for data entry, speaking directly with customers on the phone, and the occasional order picking and packing, stock replenishment and communicating effectively with other staff members and be able to follow directives.
