Joining a fun and fast-paced team, your responsibilities will include:


  • Handling high volumes of inbound calls
  • Actioning client requests
  • Assisting business customers on their use of the Companies SaaS platform
  • Providing customer support
  • Working to KPI's relating to customer satisfaction, response times, handling times etc
  • Recording details of calls requiring further escalation
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume inbound call environment (call centre or otherwise)
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills
  • The ability to prioritize
  • A proactive and cando attitude
This is a full-time position available immediately. This is a hybrid work from home / work from office model flexibility.


Staff benefits include platinum gym membership for all staff - and that's just the beginning The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Salary guide is up to $52,500 + Super depending on experience.
