Joining a fun and fast-paced team, your responsibilities will include:- Handling high volumes of inbound calls
- Actioning client requests
- Assisting business customers on their use of the Companies SaaS platform
- Providing customer support
- Working to KPI's relating to customer satisfaction, response times, handling times etc
- Recording details of calls requiring further escalation
- Previous experience in a high-volume inbound call environment (call centre or otherwise)
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to prioritize
- A proactive and cando attitude
