Joining a fun and fast-paced team, your responsibilities will include:

Handling high volumes of inbound calls
Actioning client requests
Assisting business customers on their use of the Companies SaaS platform
Providing customer support
Working to KPI's relating to customer satisfaction, response times, handling times etc
Recording details of calls requiring further escalation

To be considered for this role you will ideally have:

Previous experience in a high-volume inbound call environment (call centre or otherwise)
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Strong time management skills
The ability to prioritize
A proactive and cando attitude

This is a full-time position available immediately. This is a hybrid work from home / work from office model flexibility.

Staff benefits include platinum gym membership for all staff - and that's just the beginning The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Salary guide is up to $52,500 + Super depending on experience.
