As a Customer Service Representative you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact with customers daily.

You will join a fast-paced contact centre team to deliver an exceptional customer experience which will contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

Your responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of inbound call inquiries working to KPIs
Undertake activities to problem solve and provide solutions
Provide guidance and product advice (product training provided)
Develop ongoing product knowledge and continued professional development

To be considered for this role you will ideally have:

Prior call centre experience (or experience working in a high volume inbound call role such as managing a busy reception desk)
Professional communication skills and phone manner
Strong customer focus with a selfmotived approach and drive to succeed
The ability to work independently as well as in a team

The salary guide for this role is up to $60,000 + Super.

Standard hours for this position are 8.30am - 5.00pm and the organisation offers work from home flexibility 2-3 days per week.

Offices are in the Brisbane CBD.
