We are seeking an experienced VIP EUC/Desktop Engineer to join our team in Sydney or Canberra for a 4 month contract.

The ESS VIP Engineer will be responsible for supporting key executives within a key client.

  • Customer service, basic technical troubleshooting, software/hardware installation
  • Some indepth knowledge of the relevant platform's operating system(s), network, and mechanisms, such as security and distribution
  • Problem solving and fault diagnosis skills
  • Setting up Meeting Rooms

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Technical knowledge of desktop, laptops
  • WIN10, building and deploying PC's
  • Responsive

  • Incident troubleshooting and Resolution

  • NV1 Clearance
  • Prior experience supporting a VIP client site is preferred
