    Service Desk Analyst - South Australia - NRI Australia

    THE OPPORTUNITY
    Due to growth in our Managed Services (MSP) Division, we are excited to offer Service Desk Analysts the chance to kickstart their career. This role includes on-the-job learning, certifications through our Career Pathways Program, and shadowing senior team members outside the service desk.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responding to phone, email, and event alerts within defined SLAs
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and accurate adherence to processes
    • Identifying and acting on Priority 1 and 2 incidents
    • Using knowledge and tools to resolve incidents remotely
    • Keeping customers informed
    • Contributing to Knowledge Management

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in a similar role or fast-paced customer service environment
    • TAFE Certifications are a plus
    • Ability to multitask under pressure
    • Collaborative approach to work

    • Australian Citizen eligible for Federal Government Security Clearance
    • Skilled in stakeholder engagement & management
