The Group Cyber Education Manager is responsible for developing and executing Group-wide strategic security awareness initiatives aimed at promoting positive cyber security behaviours within our organisation and influencing cultural change.

We are offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join our team on a permanent basis.


As a member of the Education and Outreach team, you will be involved in a range of training and awareness initiatives undertaken by the team, such as organising and delivering events for our Cyber Security Champions community, writing cyber security behaviour-focused content for our internal communications channels (including the intranet, newsletters and our social media platforms), and developing and delivering formal and informal cyber security training content across the Group, in formats such as eLearning and webinars.


A day in the Life:


  • Organising and facilitating engaging events and communications to nurture our Cybersecurity Champions and promote a strong sense of community, including presenting some of these sessions yourself
  • Undertaking Cyber Security Champions program administration activities
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative research into employee behaviours to identify relevant cyber risk patterns and trends across the Group
  • Contributing to the design of metrics frameworks to measure the impact of program activities
  • Researching new and emerging threat types with a human element and proactively develop effective behaviour interventions
  • Collaborating with technical and nontechnical colleagues to create, publish and promote security awareness content for a variety of audiences
  • Contributing to the development of team and rolebased training material, including presentations and eLearning modules
  • Supporting employeefacing cyber security communications campaigns and events
  • A passion for cultivating strong organisational cultures and communities
  • Experience in spreading awareness and influencing behavioural change through communication or training initiatives in a complex environment, ideally in a previous Cyber Security Awareness role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience working with a range of stakeholders and
- the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to selfmanage priorities and deadlines Willingness to present to large groups of colleagues, primarily in virtual formats
