Do work that matters:


In the talent and Leadership function, we strive to identify, develop and mobilise the next generation of senior leaders for the Group.

We will build and then support a cyclical process that enables teams across the bank to identify the potential of their people and then build development options that will help realise that potential.

You will report to the EM Leadership and Talent

Responsible, but not limited to the following:

  • Scope, design and build Talent and Leadership products and services.
  • Scope, design, test and implement a simplified and integrated talent management experience to enable greater cross functional mobility and identify CBAs top talent.
  • Draw insights from data that indicate the right solution to build.
  • Design and develop communications and build awareness and engagement in roles
  • Scope, design and develop award winning leadership and talent development experiences which set our leaders and teams apart.
  • Build crossbusiness relationships to facilitate and influence decisionmaking, manage risks and create advocacy for the function.
  • Consult on the capability, learning, talent and/or leadership framework and approach to learning for the function, that reflects an understanding of the internal strategy and external learning and capability market trends across technical, organisational and leadership capability areas.
  • Consult with the business on the capability and learning needs with a focus on innovation, driving a mature learning culture and sustainable performance in a scalable and sustainable way.
  • Lead a structured project and change management process and tools to create highly impactful, timely initiatives that challenge performance and behaviours and build opportunities to learn across multiple mechanisms.
  • Manage learning and capability solution delivery (endtoend) including needs analysis, design and solution concept, implementation, evaluation and ongoing enhancement.
  • Support the development and manage the implementation of an evidencebased Capability, Learning, Talent and/or Leadership strategy that defines and uplifts capabilities needed both now and in the future.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Previous experience in a Talent & Leadership role (3 years)
  • Experience working in an Agile construct
  • Experienced Instructional designer
  • Experience leading human or customer centred design techniques.
  • Experience with measurement of experience design for both products and services
  • Ability to communicate data and insights succinctly and in an engaging way
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to establish productive working relationships across a range of stakeholders
  • Previous experience using Workday is desirable
