About the Role
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated

Trades Assistant to join their growing team based in Brisbane.

Duties:


  • Support the tradesmen to perform all routine and unplanned maintenance activities.
  • Support the maintenance planner and supervisor to complete their activities including reporting and communication functions.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, when needed.
  • Deliver and collect maintenance materials from suppliers.
  • Operate plant and equipment as required to complete maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the development of workshop procedures.
  • Assist in the development and play an active part in the company's safetyfirst culture.
  • Observe all health and safety protocols.

Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work task.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great team player with a positive, cando attitude
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Understanding of quality & safety standards
