Description

About the role:

Due to internal growth, our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their corporate office. This company has a diverse commercial property portfolio across Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Duties:

Daily/monthly reconciliations
Processing creditor invoices and completing weekly payment runs
Processing debtor invoices
Daily entry of cash receipts
Process inter-company transfers

The skills and experience required for this role:

Experience as a Accounts Payable Officer
Well-developed skills and knowledge of Microsoft office suite, in particular; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment.
Well organised, efficient, proactive with a high level of attention to detail
