Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role works closely with all functions in the Finance Team.

Accounts Payable Officer

Primary Responsibilities

Assist the Offshore team in following up any outstanding items and queries
Assist with Bank and Travel Account Ledger Reconciliations
Assist with Accounts Payable and processing of payments including expense claims
Support other areas of the business with finance related queries
Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities, for both the onshore and offshore teams
Work with the Finance Team to ensure SOPs are complete for all tasks
Support the finance team with transition to new booking system
Ad hoc tasks as required

Key Competencies

3 years experience in a similar role required
Self starter with a proactive approach and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to use initiative, prioritise work and meet deadlines
Proactive in following up outstanding items
Minimum intermediate knowledge of Excel
