    Join a highly regarded, global Medical Device organisation to lead their successful Corporate Accounts team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to work with their team to drive sales strategies and foster strong relationships with key corporate accounts in the ANZ market. As the Head of Corporate Accounts, you will play a crucial role in delivering sustainable growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building brand presence. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and part of the Executive Leadership Team, this role has come about from an internal promotion.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Driving partnerships with strategic customers in both public and private hospital sectors
    • Engaging with Group Purchasing Organisations and establishing critical relationships with decision-makers.
    • Developing and mentoring a high-performing team
    • Promoting a diverse & inclusive work environment and fostering a growth mindset.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute corporate accounts strategies across a diverse product portfolio.
    • Contribute to strategic initiatives as part of the Leadership Team.

    To be successful in this role, you will require:

    • Bachelor-level qualifications, ideally in Business, Science and/or an MBA.
    • Significant track record in Medical Devices Corporate Accounts, experience with implantable devices/prosthesis list products highly regarded.
    • Extensive senior leadership experience in Medical Device-focused commercial positions.
    • Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to develop customer-centric strategies.
    • Exceptional communication skills and be able to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to execute strategies and make sound business decisions.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in a complex business environment.

    Your strategic thinking capabilities will be essential in identifying opportunities to accelerate the adoption of new technologies and drive market penetration within corporate accounts. Your contribution will extend beyond your immediate role, as this is a key position in an established and growing organisation. Make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery in the ANZ market.
