A growing superannuation firm that is Australian grown is currently seeking 2 new customer services professionals to join their team.
The Role
This role will be a phone-based role in their contact centre for members
The responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Find solutions and outcomes for customers whilst building positive relationships
- Perform outbound calls and follows ups when necessary
- Utilise live chats to communicate with members
- Work across teams to resolve issues
- Maintain member records and coordinate provision of information
- Meet compliance requirements
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years in superannuation customer service
- Extensive knowledge of superannuation products and legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ideally RG 146 qualified
