A growing superannuation firm that is Australian grown is currently seeking 2 new customer services professionals to join their team.

They have grown consistently for a number of years and have continued to reinvest into their workforce.


The Role
This role will be a phone-based role in their contact centre for members


The responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Find solutions and outcomes for customers whilst building positive relationships
  • Perform outbound calls and follows ups when necessary
  • Utilise live chats to communicate with members
  • Work across teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain member records and coordinate provision of information
  • Meet compliance requirements

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years in superannuation customer service
  • Extensive knowledge of superannuation products and legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ideally RG 146 qualified
