ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner in Ventia's expanding Water business unit, you will integrate business goals with people management strategies, to ensure contractual commitments are met, while fostering a collaborative culture where people are central to our success.
Your experience will be vital in shaping organizational culture, enhancing capabilities, and boosting staff engagement for our growing contract team.
Daily responsibilities include providing strategic and practical HR support, addressing complex challenges in blue- and white-collar environments, including:
Reporting to the Contract Manager with a dotted line to the sector P&C lead, this role supports a hybrid work environment, with a balance time spent working from home, as well as from out Brisbane offices (Pinkenba/ West End). Occasional visits to our site offices in Landsborough and Staplyton will also be required.
