About Our Client

Our client is a water infrastructure company, whose goal is to deliver quality results to their clients by providing the best service and product possible. They pride themselves on fostering a positive work environment, where employees feel supported.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

Processing supplier invoices, and matching purchase orders to invoices and batching for approval
Raising credit claims with suppliers
Reconciling supplier statements
Answering enquiries through phone and email relating to Accounts Payable function
Occasionally assisting with the switchboard through the directing of phone callers to appropriate staff

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who works effectively in a collaborative environment, and is happy to apply their knowledge in this temporary position.

Key competencies listed below;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to customer service skills.
A hands-on team player that wants to contribute to a work's culture.
Relevant end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.
A can-do attitude, applying drive and motivation to the role.
