The Role


We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to partner with our sales manager across a cluster of retirement villages in the Eastern Melbourne region.

Location will primarily be based between Highvale in Glen Waverley and Goodwin Close in Blackburn South.


As the Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the proactive sourcing, administration and marketing aspects of the sales of our Retirement Living homes.

You will work with the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless process for both entering and exiting clients.


This role will see you:

  • Supporting with sales displays and ensuring our properties for sale have optimal presentation.
  • Preparing of marketing collateral, brochures and sales kits
  • Supporting at expos and events
  • Assisting with the activation of community engagement events and initiatives
  • Responding in a professional and prompt manner to customer sales enquiries
  • CRM (Sales Force) database management and communications including mailouts and EDMs
  • Contract management
  • General administration tasks
Your BackgroundHigh attention to detail- Strong administrative background- Solid Microsoft Office & computer skills- Valid drivers licence and own transport- Excellent communication skills and effortless rapport building- Agents Representative or willingness to obtain
