Lendlease are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and experienced Village Administrator to join the team at Allora Gardens Retirement Village in Maroochydore Queensland.

You will be working on a casual basis and receive shifts from Monday to Friday (9am-3pm).


Your role will involve providing customer service to our residents and visitors, supporting the general operation of the village as well as providing direct support to the Village Manager through a variety of tasks including property maintenance support.


  • Competent in administration tasks, phone and Customer service
  • Excellent computer literacy including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn, along with a proactive and cando attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Healthcare (Desirable).

Please note:

The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining.
