Keperra Sanctuary have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to join our friendly team, on a fulltime basis.
In this role you will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs of buildings, fixtures, and fittings in accordance with the Village Maintenance Plan.
You will be responsible for making decisions in relation to the execution of the maintenance activity within the village in accordance with existing frameworks and budget ensuring all work is conducted following the correct procedures.
As a Maintenance Officer, your duties will include;- Performing general and preventative maintenance tasks around the Village in an organised and proactive manner- Having a customer-focused approach to all tasks, whilst developing strong and positive relationships with residents and visitors- Engaging with and coordinating contractors as required- Implementing and adhering to EHS procedures, ensuring safety for all residents and visitors- Assisting with various Adhoc duties where required, as directed by Village ManagerAbout You
The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance officer or experience in a similar role, as well as:
- An organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- The ability to take initiative and be pro-active
- The ability to work individually and in a team
- Basic computer skills
- A Current Full Driver's Licence

Please note:
The successful applicant must complete a Police Check & will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October.
For selected roles that are more physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
