The role


This 12-month maternity leave contract is a great opportunity to collaborate with our Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the successes of our committed team here at Keyton.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), your responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all internal/external enquires-
  • Providing ad hoc administration support to the Executive Leadership Team as required including managing meeting requests, preparing materials for meetings, booking meeting rooms, facilities, equipment, coordinating travel requirements, catering and services
  • Organising events and cascade communications to the team
  • Compiling, managing and distributing various documents to the business
  • Working with the other administrative teams at Keyton to coordinate equipment and software for various teams
  • Assisting with ad hoc special projects as requested.

About you:
Your experience in liaising with senior level executives, as well as having the ability to build rapport with various internal and external stakeholders will see you succeed in this role


As will:

  • Having a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Being highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and excel
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Having a proactive and flexible approach
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
